The Masterpiece 名鑄 in TST is one of Hong Kong’s newest residential towers built in ‘09.

Last Sept, a flat here sold for HK$30,025 per sq ft - that’s a record high for a one bedroom flat.   The guy ended up paying HK$24.5 mil for an 816 sq ft apartment.

Another buyer paid HK$150 mil for a 4,088 sq ft unit (HK$36,693 psf) on a high floor.
